Terms and Conditions


  • Points are credited automatically upon presentation of your Neptune card each visit
  • Reward points are based on food and beverage only ( excludes taxes , gratuity or discounts)
  • Rewards are redeemable for food, beverage or merchandise. Taxes and gratuity are excluded
  • Points redeemed may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional discounts
  • New members can not receive credits for visits prior to enrollment
  • Only Neptune Club members paying the bill may receive points
  • One card only will be issued per person
  • Restaurants are not permitted to add points from previous visits. Original receipts must be brought or mailed to the general manager at the location earned and points may be added after verification at the sole discretion of the general manager
  • Aqua Grill is not liable for points or rewards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use. This includes fraud due to lost cards
  • Unused points expire 18 months from date of eligibility
  • Neptune Club members are responsible for reporting any change in address or email address
  • Neptune members consent to receiving email information regarding all offers/events
  • Program administrator may terminate any account if fraud is suspected
  • Illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized use of the Neptune card or activity inconsistent with these terms and conditions will result in termination of membership and forfeiture of accrued points

  • Aqua Grill reserves the right to change participating restaurants of the Neptune Club , modify the program terms or cancel the program at any time
  • Employees are not Eligible for Neptune Cards
